Sky Jackson

Zavian “Sky” Jackson is a player of many comparisons as he models his game after Allen Iverson with his crossover but will “throw it down" like Russell Westbrook on the fast break. The North Carolina native lives and breathes basketball even during the off-season by competing in Pro-Am tournaments or coaching AAU basketball. Sky strives to “level-up” his game by facing opponents throughout his career such as NBA players, Brandon Ingram, Bam Adebayo, Rob Dillingham and the list goes on. 

Basketball is not the only sport ‘Sky’ has been recognized for as he was also an incredible Baseball player in highschool, receiving offers from schools like St. John’s. He ultimately turned offers down and focused solely on Basketball because it’s his passion. ‘Sky’ is grateful to have found his role with the Harlem Globetrotters as it allows him to travel and connect with others from different cultures. His favorite cities he has played in for the Globetrotters include Paris and Spain. 

In his free time you may catch Sky teaching community basketball camps in his hometown where he serves as a mentor as he watches the kids grow and develop their personal basketball careers. If it is later at night, he is most likely eating a nice Italian pasta dish and watching a classic Denzel Washington movie.
