Our team is diligently working to reschedule postponed games from the final dates of our 2020 live tour. All tickets for postponed games will be valid for the rescheduled game. As soon as we have new dates confirmed, our current ticket holders will be the first to know. We are asking customers to hold onto their tickets until the new date is announced. If your game is canceled, any tickets purchased in-person at the box office, through the arena’s ticketing site, a group sales representative or Groupon will be automatically refunded. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days from the day the event was canceled, please reach out to your point of purchase. For tickets purchased through third party ticket sellers, you are subject to their policies for refunds and you must reach out to those companies directly. For FAQs click HERE.
The health and safety of our employees and guests continues to be our top priority. We are actively monitoring the situation and will resume our live tour when it is safe to do so. Our team is diligently working with industry leaders on safety measures and protocols in adherence with CDC guidelines.
