This summer marked the first time in Harlem Globetrotter history that clinics taught by our players have ever been offered. And we’ve had an amazing time doing it. Playing games in front of our fans is one thing, but getting to teach basketball and life skills to kids on a 1-on-1 basis is just as much fun for the players as it is for the kids. Parents seem to love it too.
"Just wanted to let you know that I thoroughly appreciate the time and guidance you gave my son today! He had fun and I did too!! Thank you!"
“I just had my son in one of your clinics with Ant and Buckets and it was an experience that my son and I will never forget. The two players were people I only hope my son can and will emulate in life. Not only was it run extremely well, but with fun and humor. I thought it would be a great experience and it exceeded my wildest dreams. Thank you for the clinic and what great examples these two young men are for your organization. Bless you all.”
We are approaching our final skills clinics of the summer in Seattle and New Jersey so don’t miss the opportunity to learn from the stars. We are also now offering special 2-hour clinics on Saturday for those that can’t make it during the week. You can find the dates and times for our Seattle and New Jersey clinics on our clinic information page.
We want to send a shout out all of our Junior Phenom skills clinics graduates from this year. Keep practicing your moves and send us a video of your skills on YouTube because we’re on the hunt for the next Globetrotter superstar! You don’t think we traveled the country teaching Globetrotter basketball for nothing do you?
