Flight Time's Story

Flight Time played football growing up, and he wasn't bad. One game in seventh grade he blazed through a 65-yard touchdown run, then threw down the ball to celebrate. Problem was he wasn't actually in the end zone yet. That was Flight Time's first clue that maybe he should stick to basketball instead. It was a good call, because only a few years later in high school he slammed his first dunk -- and he was only 5'10". Since then he's picked up five more inches, way more dunks, and a nickname that works a lot better for basketball than football.

One of the Globetrotters' most dynamic ball handlers, Flight Time is also an admitted reality TV junkie. He and teammate Big Easy Lofton are competing for a third time on the current all-star edition of the Emmy Award-winning series, “The Amazing Race.” The duo finished fourth and second in two previous runs on the show.

Flight Time has also appeared on other popular TV shows such as "Hell's Kitchen," "The Bachelorette," Disney XD’s “Kickin’ It,” “The Bonnie Hunt Show,” and “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?” where he accomplished the rare feat of correctly answering each question posed to him.  He has even shot hoops with President Barack Obama at the annual White House Easter Egg Roll.
