Globetrotters fnish in the top four among 12 teams in the 15th installment of the Emmy Award-winning series, THE AMAZING RACE.

Millions of fans tuned in to cheer on the dynamic duo of Flight Time Lang and Big Easy Lofton of the Harlem Globetrotters when they recently starred in CBS’s Emmy Award-winning series, THE AMAZING RACE journeying to eight countries in just 21 days.

Flight Time and Big Easy finished in the top four in the 12 team competition, successfully racing in 11 suspenseful episodes, before being eliminated with only one episode remaining.

THE AMAZING RACE captured the 2009 Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Competition Program, an unprecedented seventh straight award in the category. 

Entering his 11th season in 2010, Lang is one of the team’s top ball handlers, while Lofton enters his fifth campaign and is one of the Globetrotters entertaining showmen.  Both played college basketball in Louisiana and have been close friends for over five years.

Here is how it all got started.

Flight Time and Big Easy are primed and ready to meet their fans, as the Globetrotters tip-off their 84th consecutive season of touring the world on Dec. 26 with the North American leg of their 2010 “Magic Memories” World Tour.  The Globetrotters will play nearly 270 games in over 215 cities in 44 states, five Canadian provinces and Puerto Rico through May 2, 2010.
