Harlem Globetrotters have hired
Brent Rossi as the team’s new vice president, live event marketing, effective June 1.
A tested marketing and communications professional with over seven years of experience in the sports marketing and live entertainment industries, Rossi will assist
Michael Kenney, the Globetrotters’ senior vice president, live event marketing, in the area of domestic ticket sales/marketing.
Rossi began his career as a marketing and communications coordinator at the Constant Convocation Center, a Global Spectrum managed facility on the campus of Rossi’s alma mater, Old Dominion University. He has spent the last two and a half years as a senior live event marketing representative for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he was in charge of marketing plans for various WWE national and international live events.
“Brent possesses a thorough understanding of the marketing and communications industry,” said Kenney. “His commitment and creative ideas will be valuable assets in helping us reach our future goals as an organization.”
