Destination Awesome, also know as the Harlem Globetrotter Summer Skills Clinics, is just one month away! We want to make sure that all the kids coming are properly prepared, so here is some food for thought.
Whether the Globetrotters are training for, or playing, a big game they always give it their all. To keep their energy high, they have to fuel up with nutritious foods and beverages. In addition to physical exercise and practicing skills, healthy diet choices keep the stars of the Globetrotters feeling good and ready to bring their A-game every time!
Remember, a healthy diet means eating right, not eating light. Making healthy choices in what to eat can be fun, filling…and very, very tasty!
