The Harlem Globetrotters Smile Patrol™ is the proprietary hospital community outreach program designed to brighten the day and lift the spirits of some very special fans unable to attend a Globetrotters game.

Smile Patrol™ visits over 200 children’s hospitals annually, with Globetrotter stars sharing laughs, taking pictures, signing autographs, helping with activities, and displaying their amazing ball handling skills.
